Q. What divisions are at The Girls of Summer Classic?
Girls – Club and School Teams
3/4, 5/6, 7/8, Junior Varsity & Varsity (based on current grade). Graduating seniors are not allowed to participate.
Q. How do I register?
Only one person will register for an entire team and this person will serve as the main contact for all communication regarding the Girls of Summer Classic. Individuals will not need to register.

Q. Do I need to submit a waiver for players?
Waivers are not necessary. All players listed on your roster are insured. Any player(s) not listed on your roster is not permitted to play.

Q. What is your refund policy?
Cancellation policy and terms:
There are no refunds. No exceptions. The Classic will be held unless cancelled due to inclement weather or other such events outside the control of the tournament committee members.
Q. Where and when is check-in?
Teams and College Coaches should check-in at the Girls of Summer Registration tent in the morning. College coaches will be able to pick up a copy of team rosters at the Registration Tent. Also, there will be a private room in the school for officials and college coaches only. Breakfast and lunch will be made available to officials and college coaches.
Q. Do you have medical supervision at the games? What is your injury procedure?
There is certified sports medicine staff on site all weekend . Injuries are evaluated by the on-site staff and their emergency protocol is followed. Medical staff are not to be used for pre-game tapings.
Q. Is there food available at the event?
Yes! The Tully Lady Black Knights Booster Club will be selling a nice array of food and drink options throughout the weekend.
Q. Is this event open to the public?
Yes! The GOS Classic is open to the public.
Spectators please use caution. There are some dangers involved with being on the grounds during the event, make sure to follow the rules and signage for your safety. Do not walk behind goals during games to avoid being hit by shots.
Q. Will there be an event store?
Yes! The Girls of Summer will offer custom Gear and tournament apparel and other vendors will be on-site throughout The Girls of Summer Classic.
Q. What happens if there is bad weather?
In the interest of ensuring participant safety, the Girls of Summer Classic reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or shorten games due to inclement weather, especially lightning.
There will be no partial refunds or full refunds due to unforeseeable weather circumstances.
Q. Do you have a Lost & Found?
If you’ve lost something during the tournament, please check with the Girls of Summer Headquarters Tent. If you find belongings please bring them to the Girls of Summer Headquarters.

Q. Are pop up tents allowed at the venue?
Yes, pop up tents are allowed but please be respectful of the view of spectators and place your tents out of the way. Please ensure all tents are securely staked to the ground. In the event of high winds immediately take your tents down.
Q. Where can I park the car?
The main parking lot will be Tully High School and is clearly marked. There will be a large number of attendees so please carpool if you can. Motor Homes are only permitted in the back lots off Meetinghouse Road (please refer to map). DO NOT MOVE PARKING CONES CLOSEST TO THE FIELDS. They are reserved for the disabled and elderly.
Q. Will there be parking fees?
No parking fees at the Girls of Summer Classic. The Tully Volunteer Fire Department assists with parking and will “pass the boot”. Donations are greatly appreciated but there is no fee for parking.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
Only service dogs are permitted on school grounds.
Q. Are coolers and outside food/drink allowed?
Coolers are allowed and players are allowed to bring water, Gatorade, etc. to their
games. Alcohol is NOT allowed on school grounds. Grilling is not permitted on school premises.
Q. Is grilling allowed?
Grilling is only allowed at the Pavilion (refer to our Field Map). Absolutely no grilling is allowed on school property.
Q. Do you recycle water and Gatorade containers?
Absolutely. GOS will be collecting bottles to donate to support Breast Cancer. Please pick up your teams pink recycling bag at the registration table.
